而行政部會更應主動出擊，以多方面向提出說明，而不是被動地讓在野黨批評才回應。 既然這是個行銷的世代，馬政府就應有如此的概念，主動向國人推銷好的產品，讓更多人能了解且進一步受惠，否則空有好的政策卻沒有相對應的行銷策略，也只能徒呼負負。 中央 社 資料 照片.
