張志華表示，台灣學術、研究界欠缺將研發成果轉化為實用專利的行銷策略，在專利成果產業運用上成效薄弱，無法達到最大價值化，透過「專利授權暨拍賣平台」，可打破學術、研究界與業界的距離，發揮「1+1>2」的潛在價值，讓廠商未來在國際專利訴訟中不再是單打獨鬥。
